Important: VestCompass does NOT provide licensed financial advice, personalized investment recommendations, or guarantees of investment returns. All AI insights, analytics, and observations are for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. 4. User Responsibilities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VestCompass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or any investment decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VestCompass, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
